Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 8, 2026

1. Scope of This Policy

PMS Products Inc. d/b/a Boeshield® (“Boeshield,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our website at https://boeshield.com (the “Website”).

This Policy applies only to information we collect through the Website and through email, telephone, or other communications you initiate with us in connection with the Website. It does not apply to:

  • Information collected by authorized distributors, dealers, retailers, or other resellers (“Authorized Resellers”), whose own privacy policies govern your purchases from them. We do not sell products directly to end users or to resellers through the Website;
  • Information collected by third-party websites, marketplaces, or social media platforms that we do not control, even if you reach them through a link on the Website; or
  • Information we collect offline or in the ordinary course of our business relationships with suppliers, resellers, and employees, including distributor and reseller applications, which we handle offline.

By using the Website, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Website.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. We collect information you choose to submit through the Website, including:

  • When you use our “Get in Touch” contact form: your name, email address, telephone number, company name, mailing address, the type of inquiry you select (General, Product Question, Sponsorship/Marketing, or Sales), and the content of your message;
  • Your email address, if you sign up to receive our newsletter or other marketing communications; and
  • Any other information you choose to include in a product question, warranty claim, sponsorship or marketing request, or inquiry about purchasing our products or becoming a distributor or reseller.

We do not process orders, accept payments, or maintain customer accounts through the Website, and we do not collect payment card information, government identification numbers, biometric information, precise geolocation, or other sensitive personal information through the Website. Please do not include sensitive information in a contact-form message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we, our service providers, and our advertising partners automatically collect:

  • IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and settings, and language preference;
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, dates and times of access, and similar usage data;
  • Information about how you interact with Website pages, such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and page navigation, collected through the session-recording and heatmap tools described in Section 3; and
  • Information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, as described in Section 3.

Information from third parties. We receive information about Website visitors from our website host, security providers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms whose tools are integrated into the Website. If you submit a contact form, our marketing platform may associate the information you submit with your earlier and later browsing activity on the Website.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies to operate and secure the Website, remember your preferences, measure site traffic and performance, and support our advertising. We use a consent management tool to manage these technologies by category. The technologies currently in use on the Website fall into the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary and functional. Technologies the Website needs to operate securely and function properly, including cookies set by our website platform (WordPress and Elementor), our security and bot-protection services (Wordfence and Cloudflare), and our consent management tool, which records your cookie choices. You cannot switch these off through our cookie settings.
  • Statistics and analytics. Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and HubSpot, which help us understand how visitors find and use the Website. Hotjar provides session-recording and heatmap features that capture how visitors interact with Website pages, such as mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling. We configure Hotjar to mask text you type into form fields. The HubSpot tracking code records which pages visitors view and, if you submit a contact form, may link that activity to the information you provided.
  • Marketing and advertising. The Google Ads tag and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which allow Google and Meta to collect information about your visits to the Website so that we can measure our advertising and show you Boeshield advertising on their platforms and elsewhere online (often called “remarketing” or “targeted advertising”). Google and Meta may combine this information with other information they hold about you, under their own privacy policies.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms).

You may manage your cookie preferences at any time through our cookie settings, available through the cookie banner and the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Website footer. You may also adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies. If you disable cookies, portions of the Website may not function properly. Choices you make through our cookie settings apply only to the browser and device you use when you make them.

Where required by applicable law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar browser-based opt-out signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” signals, the Website does not respond to them.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries, product questions, warranty claims, sponsorship and marketing requests, and requests for information or Safety Data Sheets;
  • Refer your inquiry to an Authorized Reseller or distributor, or direct you to one in your area;
  • Send you newsletters, product information, and other marketing communications you have requested, and manage your preferences;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, analyze, and improve the Website and our products, including by reviewing how visitors use Website pages;
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show you Boeshield advertising on third-party platforms;
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized use of the Website or our brand; and
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions of Sale, and other policies.

We do not use personal information collected through the Website to train large language models or other artificial intelligence systems, and we do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you through automated processing.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose personal information as follows:

  • Service providers. To vendors that perform services for us, including website hosting and maintenance, security and bot protection, email and marketing platforms (including HubSpot), analytics providers (including Hotjar), and IT providers, in each case under contractual obligations to use the information only for the services they provide to us;
  • Authorized Resellers and distributors. If we determine that an Authorized Reseller or distributor is better positioned to respond to or fulfill your inquiry, we may provide the information you submitted through our contact form to that Authorized Reseller or distributor so it can respond to you or assist with your inquiry. The Authorized Reseller or distributor handles that information under its own privacy policy;
  • Advertising and analytics partners. Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. collect information about your use of the Website through the Google Ads tag, the Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics, as described in Section 3;
  • Affiliates and licensors. To our affiliates, and to The Boeing Company as licensor of the Boeshield T-9® trademark and technology, where reasonably necessary;
  • Legal and safety. To comply with applicable law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements and policies; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Boeshield, our customers, or others; and
  • Business transfers. To a buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. Several U.S. state privacy laws, however, define “sale,” “sharing,” and “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include allowing advertising and certain analytics partners to collect information through cookies and pixels on our Website. Under those definitions, we “sell” or “share” identifiers, internet activity information, and related inferences to Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc., and we process personal information for targeted advertising. You may opt out as described in Section 9.

6. Marketing Communications

If you sign up to receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us at privacy@boeshield.com. We will continue to send transactional or service messages, such as responses to your inquiries. We do not operate an SMS text-message marketing program.

7. Children

The Website is intended for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under thirteen, we will delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us at the address in Section 12 to request deletion.

8. Retention and Security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, after which we delete or de-identify it. Specifically:

  • We retain contact-form submissions for three (3) years after submission;
  • We retain marketing subscription information until you unsubscribe, and after that only as long as needed to honor your unsubscribe request and meet applicable legal and business requirements; and
  • We retain information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies for the periods set by the relevant cookie or provider settings, which are described in our cookie settings, and in any event no longer than reasonably necessary for the analytics, security, and advertising purposes described in Section 3.

We may keep information longer where needed to administer a warranty claim, resolve a dispute, enforce our agreements, or comply with a legal obligation.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website or transmission method is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit to us. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Website’s contact forms.

9. Your Privacy Rights

United States. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of it; and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, and certain profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, click the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Website footer, adjust your cookie settings, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. Because the Website does not maintain user accounts, an opt-out made through cookie settings or GPC applies to the browser and device you use. To extend your opt-out to information we hold about you by name or email address, also contact us as described below.

To submit any other request, email us at privacy@boeshield.com or call us toll-free at 800-962-1732. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against our records and may request additional information. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authority. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response in writing, and we will respond to the appeal within the period required by applicable law.

Nevada residents may submit a request not to sell covered personal information to privacy@boeshield.com. We do not currently sell personal information as defined by Nevada law.

Canada. If you are located in Canada, we collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and applicable provincial privacy laws. You may withdraw your consent to our use of your personal information at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, and you may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by contacting our Privacy Officer at the address in Section 12. Commercial electronic messages we send to Canadian recipients comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation and include an unsubscribe mechanism.

Other jurisdictions. The Website is operated from the United States and is intended primarily for visitors in the United States. If you access the Website from another country, you understand that your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country. The Website is not directed to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
